Hello and welcome to my first ever Watching Wednesday!

For a while I had toyed with the idea of making posts about things I’ve watched whether or not I have enjoyed them. I did one in the past and decided to start it up again.

So, today in anticipation of Netflix’s release of The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, I will talk a bit about a movie that holds a place special in my heart and childhood, The Dark Crystal. A dark fantasy adventure puppet animated movie that instilled a love in me for fantasy and adventure stories.

October Wrap Up

Watched : Malevolent

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. I absolutely love horror movies and Netflix has upped their catalog this year which makes me giddy feeling like Christmas came early.

My first watch of Netflix Originals this month is Malevolent. If you are planning to watch it be wary that this is NOT spoiler free.

The movie takes places in 1986 Glasgow and centers around a brother-sister duo who scam people into believing that they can cleanse their homes of spirits that may be haunting them.

tumblr_inline_pfs1t51BV71w37qe3_540 Anyone who knows me knows that I absolutely love horror movies, Halloween and all things spooky. One of my favorite Youtube Channels is Dead Meat (if you haven’t checked them out yet you should they are great and their podcast is amazing! ) and they were talking about this documentary that can be found on Netflix. Naturally, I had to see this for myself and it was not at all what I was expecting.
